Hi There Tina Dico Fans,

I'm from Canada and I love Tina's CD!! I was wondering if any of you could shead some light on one of her songs. I've never heard of the term "Head Shop", I guess it's a slang that we don't use in Canada or at least that I know of.

Hi Annie,

Tina herself says that it's a shop in her hometown of Aarhus in Denmark, that's simply called "the Head Shop". So, nothing more than that.

I live in Aarhus too, but I've never heard of that shop :confused: :D

A headshop is a shop where you can get hashpipes, chillums, bongs etc. Rather interesting place where I used to go to in the good old days. ;-)

I heard in one of her live slots at an American radio station that she wrote Head Shop about "discovering" the headshop when she was a teenager:confused:
And the song is about a girl waiting for a guy outside of there.

Head shops are for smoking related elements
The song to me certainly is about a guy meeting a girl there (the guy didnt show).

So being the crazzy cat Iam I asked Tina about it or if she was up for a joint or something I dunno it was a while ago anyway 100% she does not smoke !!
