Where's the rules?

Where are the rules for this forum? I can't seem to find them.
I want to know if I'm allowed to post links to Tina wallpaper that I have edited.
I got told off last week for posting a link that I shouldn't have. But how am I to know without knowing clearly where the rules have been published?

Actually, we've never really sat down and made a set of rules, but I will certainly get started right away :o

In the meantime, please post your links, but not the actual images - I suspect the final rules will allow something like that ;)
