My 3rd time seeing Tina on Monday night (2nd time at the Cabaret Voltaire) and every time I never get bored, it's just always so different! First time seeing her, it was Tina and Dennis, second was just Tina solo, and Monday the third time the wonderful Karoline was there to really help make the night different and exciting! Tina played for a good hour and ten min, but it seemed to fly by so quickly. Karoline added some great vocals to the songs, and her voice matched Tina's surprisingly well. I think Tina seemed to give a much more relaxed performance with Karoline being there to bounce vocals off one another, and improvise a bit more.

Count to Ten is a flipping ace song, really powerful and Karoline made it spot on! The ep songs are fab too, love how they are just stripped down and simple - which makes for Tina's best work in my opinion.

Tina mentioned how there were 'a lot of cameras here tonight, are they gonna be on youtube tomorrow?' lol ...and yes, I was one of people pointing a camera at her a few times trying to capture some footage.

As usual, Tina came out afterwards to sign people’s cds and things. And I got the two albums Fuel and Notes signed to add to my collection, also got the new ep signed. My mate from Denmark got her ep signed next, and surprisingly Tina remembered her from the last time at the same venue, and didn’t even have to ask for her name when signing her stuff! How cool is that!?

Also got to mention the opener Gary Nock, was canny fab! You should check out his myspace: www.myspace.com/garynock

Here is the setlist in order:

Count to Ten
He Doesn't Know
My Mirror
Let's Get Lost
Room With A View
New Song*
Send My Best
In the Red
Nobodie's Man
Poetess' Play
One
Give In

----encore-----

Warm Sand
Quarter to Forever

*new song, with unknown title. A few people have wrote about it in other threads. The song is about men not understanding what goes though a woman’s mind? Or how she’s feeling, the opening line is something about ‘running out the door’

Heres a few pics from the night...
