Inspired by the movie thread I decided to open a TV series thread:D
They have so many good tv shows now, but I think these are the best:
Prison Break (a masterpiece)
House MD (one of the most brilliant characters I've ever seen)
Heroes (Amazingly good)

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
Living in the States at this time, I'd go completely insane if I didn't have Jon Stewart's show to protect my sanity.
I used to watch The West Wing religiously...man I miss that show. :(

I'm currently enjoying a few American shows at the moment:
Battlestar Galactica - high quality sci-fi with much of the geekiness of a sci-fi show removed.
Heroes - I was surprised by this. Highly enjoyable so far.
Lost - Just when you think it's starting to lose it's appeal, it just keeps on getting better again. The current season has restored all my faith in a show and I can't wait for more!
I don't watch as much TV as I used to though, but any more than 3 regular shows a week that you can't afford to miss is enough already.
Oh and there's 'Life on Mars' as well, - a British show, but it's on at the same time as Galactica so I just record it, but haven't watched any of the episodes back yet.

That was a great show. Martin Sheen ruled as The President.

Life On Mars is one of the best shows ever! I love it! I think John Simm is one hell of an actor. Here's a link to Life On Mars, if anyone is interested...
