Hi all! First post here, happy to tell you I've been spinning Tina's music on my show for the better part of 2006. I received the CD from her radio publicist Ariel www.arielpublicity.com Room With a View was the first song to really reach out to me. I've since spun the great majority of the tracks from In The Red. I've had several chances to see TD here in NYC, but, alas, not to be. Next time for sure.
Late in 2006, I decided upon which acts to give my highest echelon of airplay feature status, my 'Gem of the Week" where I give a focused feature of one artist, sharing detailed info from a website, spinning 3 tracks from the CD, and passing along info about touring and such. Such acts also get highlighted mention in my press releases, emails, playlists, and also permanent linkage on my site, www.radiocrystalblue.com So it is with Tina.
This post announces I will be featuring her music and online presence on my radio show, Sunday 1/7/07 7pm EST (NYC) The show runs typically 5-6 hours, spinning a great collection of indie/touring acts from all across the US and excellent artists from Europe alongsides. Radio Crystal Blue is a freeform internet radio show I created back in 2000 to give a greater voice to these acts. Listen weekly for new shows and also podcasts/archived shows.

On my chart page I am announcing this week my Best of 2006. Tina was part of that list and also won my title of Best International Act :)

I also do a 'companion segue' of music from acts I feature each week, always including music of contemporaries, roots and influences of each featured artists. I'm kinda at a loss re Tina as I don't have any Zero 7 CDs....so that's where I may need help in. I'm happy to field suggestions.
Hope you can tune in to share in the experience with me. Thanks for reading!
Dan
